30 DAYS OF FOCUS

I want you to consider doing a 30-day challenge called 30 DAYS OF FOCUS.

The goal is to focus on and DO ONE THING everyday for the next 30 days that will help you physically, mentally, spiritually, emotionally, or financially. Again, do only ONE thing.



For example, here’s a list of things you can focus on every day during the challenge. These are only suggestions. In this challenge, you get to choose the ONE THING that is most transformative for you.

  • Drink 64 ounces of water daily.

  • Eat 3 vegetables per day.

  • Exercise for 30 minutes daily.

  • Practice another language for 15 minutes daily. Duolingo is great for this.

  • Read one bible chapter or verse per day or your own religious scripture.

  • Walk 5,000 steps or 10,000 steps daily.

  • Pray or meditate for 10 minutes a day.

  • Save $20 a day for $600 for the month.

  • Work on an arts and crafts project for 30 minutes a day.

💼 Create one post about your business on social media everyday for 30 days. Just one post a day, 30 posts in 30 days. If you need help with this, please contact us at Gabalot® Consulting.


💻 Write 500 words per day. At the end of the challenge, you would have written 15,000 words. That’s enough for a 60-page book or thesis. If you’re the ambitious writing type, you can strive for 1,000 words per day for 30,000 words total.


‍🏋🏽‍♀️ Do 900 squats in 30 days, not daily. This is 30 squats per day. This is the challenge that my sister did one month, but she did 1,500 squats. She spread out her squats over 3 times a day and set a reminder and tracker on her phone. She did more squats on the weekends when she had time.


🗣️ Pitch your business idea or product/service to one potential customer or prospect/client per day for the next 30 days. This will be a direct pitch to someone personally and not just an indirect contact. The point is to engage in a conversation whether by phone, text, email, direct message, Zoom, video conference, conference call, appointment, or in-person.

Again, these are only suggestions. You can create your own points of focus, but let’s do this together.


Studies show that people are more likely to succeed when they work on motivational activities with a supportive community.


Whatever you choose to focus on, it must be measurable. Notice that this list had actual numbers associated with each item. If your goal is measurable, then you can track your progress.
